Complaint Details
My fidge developed a snag and Samsung took ten days to identify the problem by sending three technicians each giving his own view of the snag and finally it turned out that it is not serviceable. Samsung has not resolved the issue even after a fortnight. We faced untold misery and mental agony without a fridge for a two weeks.
