Complaint Details
Sir, I install Airtel Digital TV in Oct 2015 after that it was working fairely good upto 21 Jan 16. Further it became u/s on 22 Jan 16 and I lodged complaint with customer care for solution but the technician came on nxt day and resolved issue but all the channels were not seen by me so we told him but he told that due to some company problem it is showing like this and will b serviceable after 1 or two hours. Again after 3 days it became u/s so I made complaint with customer care they promised me that they will resolve issue in nxt itself. After that their technician came and told it will not be solved as set top box is u/s and nxt day he will come and replace it. Nxt day means on 01 Feb 16 he came and replaced set top box and told Dish TV will become serviceable in next 2 to 3 hours. He left and till the time my Dish TV is unserviceable.

If such a big name company will do like this what type of service they are providing.Due to which I was not able to see India team cricket matches and my old aged parents were don't have anything in Assam other than Dish TV as I am from Maharashtra. Important thing is that their technician s are demanding money and I paid them total 200 rupees but still they were unable to make Dish TV serviceable. I need to when my Dish service will become serviceable and what about my harassment. Airtel should pay for me or return my money back.
