Hi I have a vodafone number and wanted to do a simple change of address. I followed their process of going to the store personally and submitting the application and documents. Name: Sanjay Goradia Number: 98211 98096 I had requested the address change request vide request number 128615348 at Vodafone Store at 4 Bungalows, Andheri (w), Mumbai. I was promised that the address change affected in 48 hours. However, when I called 1. Call center could not trace the request number however wait for 48 hours and it will get updated. 2. Next time I called they said it will be updated in next 24 hours 3. Third time I called they said it will take 7 days 4. Fourth time I called they said there is no such request appearing in the system. I had asked for escalation and I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. 5. I lodged a complaint against them and they arbitrarily closed it. 6. Fifth time I called they said dont worry closure of complaint is "soft closure" and it will get resolved in max next 48 hours. 7. Today I called they said that it will be resolved in next 72 hours. 8. I again asked for escalation and he again put me on hold for 15 minutes and did not transfer. Please help on immediate basis as this is real bad customer service and harassment of customers. I had also written to the Vodafone Appeal authority, but till date I have not received any responses from them. Regards Sanjay Goradia 98211 98096
