Dear sir,i faced the two situation transactions amounts at TALKCHARGE WEBSITE.
On Dec 24th, 2015 12:44 pm i try to DTH recharge with the amount Rs.300/- at TALKCHARGE Recharge website. at the time of tracsaction my recharge was failed and the amount was debited from my bank account.so many times(still now) i contact to TALKCHARGE customer care about refund amount Rs.300/-,but nobody cannot respond and refund my amount Rs.300/-...pls verify and refund my amount Rs.300/- to my bank account.

Dear sir,on 1/1/2016 i try to add the money Rs.2015/- to my talkcharge wallet,at the time the amount was credited but they didn't add the remaining amount Rs.85/-(OFFER AMOUNT) to my talkcharge wallet and same time i try to add the same amount Rs.2015/- to my talkcharge wallet,this time amount was debited from my bank account and at the same time the amount wasn't credit to my talkcharge wallet and also they didn't refund my amount to my bank account...few of days the status was shows pending stage,after few days the status was removed from my talkcharge transactions wallet...they r theft my amount Rs.2015/- ...from 1/1/2016 onwards to till now so many times i try to contact them,but no body can't respond and stolen my amount Rs.2015/-.Another time i try to recharge the tata docomo number with the amount Rs.110/- with promo code TC10,but i didn't get the cashback amount Rs.11/-.
