Complaint Details
While porting from my old service provider one of the representative of Idea made commitment of 299Rs per month plan with 600Mins, 750MB 3G unlimited 2G and 300 SMS. Actual plan activated was of 249 with 250 minutes and less data less SMS. After requesting time to time they refuse to activate said plan.
