I Have booked "Two 10400mAh power bank OEM at Rs 900"on January 11., 2016,
I have received on January 24, 2016,


when I was fully charged this 2 power banks, these are giving only 30% charging to my mobile, even my mobile is 2500Mah

I have bought two MI Power Banks of 10400+1040Mah means it gives charge my mobile 8 times. it is giving only 30% charging.

even I tried to complaint through phone they are not responding...
and also tried by mail, but not responded to me.
