Complaint Details
I purchased Philips Shaver on 12/09/2015 for personal use. On Dated 06/02/2016 blade of Shaver damaged / broken while using and informed the same to Philips Company by email. Philips Company recommends Bhupinder Electronics as Authorised Service Centre in Patiala to replace Blade of Shaver. On 08/02/2016 i visited Prabhjot Electronics on recommendation of Philips Company and ask to replace the Blade of Shaver. Prabhjot Electronics replace the Blade by taking Rs. 400/- from me. I asked Prabhjot Electronics to replace Blade free of cost as Shaver is within warranty period but he said that Blade is not covered under warranty. I paid Rs. 400/- to Prabhjot Electronics and ask for Bill of the same then he give me the bill of Rs. 400/-. I asked Prahjot Electronics to give the old part to me then Prabhjot Electronics give me the cover of Blade not the Blade.
