Complaint Details
I have bought a smart phone asus zenfone 2 laser 3 GB ram. in time of delivery i Paid the price Rs 12899. when I tested my phone after delivery i found there is a defect on display. according to SNAPDEAL replacement policy I placed a replacement request. snapdeal told that the a courier service added for return pickup. but no body pics up my phone till now. it crossed about 10 days. even they did not contacted me for pick up. I had been waiting with packing the defected phone for a long time. Please give a justice to me. THE ALONGED PICK UP COURIER JV XPRESS IS NOT RESPONDING MY QUERIES REQUESTS. NO ONE IS GOING TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM . I AM IN BIG TROUBLE. I HAVE PAID THE MONEY BUT WHY I TAKE DEFECT ITEM. I DO NOT. plz do something.
