Complaint Details
Sir,
I got Bannari Amman Trader contact through indiamart. He said he will supply me the raw materials and asked me to pay the amount. I made cardless deposit for Rs.22500/- from chittoor to coimbatore.
After 15 days the party said he cannot supply me the raw material as he is out of station. So I asked him to refund my amount. He said he will refund it.
I made payment on 08.01.2016, but not yet refund may amount.
I made complaint in Indiamart complaint Id 956078, they said they will solve the problem. But even they are extending the time two days three days.
Please solve my issue, I am from poor family just now started a micro business of paper leaves. But firstly I fell in this problem, without this money I am not in position of doing business or make loan installment.
I beg to clear my issue sir.
