Complaint Details
I ordered domino's pizza online on 12/02/16 at 08:48:20 amounting Rs 616/- partially by Sodexo Rs500/- voucher and rest by cash.
I initially confirmed the viability of Sodexo payment at the particular store which assured me it's viability.
Also there's an option of Sodexo payment on the application which I selected.
Even, the delivery guy named Laxman accepted the Sodexo, but unfortunately the management staff later called me saying that they won't accept the sodexo and returned it to me after disrespectful conversation.
The quality of food was very poor, unfit to eat and I had to throw away most of it!
When I said why they assured me earlier, they began to lie that they didn't and the manager talked rudely!
I want justice for my wasted order, money, time and against domino's for providing false information on the Application and on phone! and rude behavior, incompliance of the store staff/manager.
