Complaint Details
I have not opted for or availed any ‘Casual plan’ but the service provider has charged Rs. 4926.00 as ‘debit charges for casual plan’ hence the charges+taxes for this must be deleted from my telephone bill of December 2015 and revised. In addition to this the excess billing of Rs. 6312.11 as shown in the column ‘Previous balance’ of the telephone bill for the month of January 2016 must also be deleted and revised.
