I bought the Motorola Moto E 2nd Gen from Snapdeal. I found that the mic has problem & I reached Motorola to repair.They took a whole month to repair (?) that.Result after one month : Problem is not solved , rather one new problem started.Now I cant hear an incoming call properly.I again submitted the device on 21 DEC.2015, & till date I am unaware of the things happening. I need refund or replacement:A) I raised my first complaint before 30 days & Motorola failed to repair that.B)This is second time I requested repair from Motorola & there isnopossibilities that they will do it properly
