Complaint Details
My number (+917679843508) which was in Reliance network was ported on 25-01-2016. A sales girl from vodafone called me and convinced me to port the number into vodafone postpaid. A person visited my residence and handovered me the vodafone sim card and the relevant KYC documents. The number was activated and running fine and all of a sudden it was deactivated on 6th of February, 2016. I visited Vodafone Mobile Services Limited Office, Citi Plaza, Sevoke Road, Siliguri and Mr. Rohish from the store said he can't resolve the issue as it is related to address verification and instructed me to visit Sushreek Telecom ( Vodafone Mini Store), Tinbatti More, Siliguri. The concerned personnel from Sushreek Telecom ( I later realised is the same person who delivered the sim card at my residence) assured to verify and activate my number but nothing happened even after 6 days. I called him a couple of time but he refused to entertain me and was also trying to deceive me through different means. After calling him repeatedly he abused me and also threatened me for dire consequences. Now he is not even receiving my calls. The person is cheating people through different means. I even found and contacted the person ( Mr. Sushil Adhikari - Ph No- 8609797806) who is in charge of address verification of my area, but he said that he has not received my file for verification. My number was functional which is now deactivated due to poor service and fault of Vodafone and its Store. I have suffered huge financial loss due such an unprofessional approach of Vodafone and its store.
