This is with ref. to refund of payment I have made against 2 year subscription for DNA newspaper.
There was special subscription offer for RIL employees (Email attached) of additional 6 months free with 2 years subscription.
Accordingly I have made payment for 2 years subscription on 15.12.2015 (Acknowledgement attached).
But payment is refunded to me by cheque without notifying me in advance.
When I discussed matter with your office (Ms. Garima, Ms. Neha, Ms. Radhika, complaint cell, Mr. Amar Kumar (Mob.No.9930144820) ), it is refunded as I am having coupon up to March 2016.
Pl. note that I do not have coupon up to March 2016 with me. This was clarified to your representative Mr. Amar Kumar at RIL office on 15.12.2016.
Hence I request to provide me 30 months coupon (additional 6 months free with 2 years subscription).
I will return your cheque as it is not deposited.
