Hi,
I have had Tata Sky connection for many years now and last year I decided to change to the Tata Sky HD + (Recording) box which costed me almost 7-8 thousand rupees. Since then, every few months, there has been some issue with the box and the recording facility stops working. Twice they replaces it FOC. The last replacement happened in January 2016. Yesterday again the same problem occured and the recording facility was not working. When the technicial came to our house, he said that the charges will have to be paid by us and that the guarantee of the refurbished box is just 1 month. So in case it again happens after 1 month, we have to pay.
I need a resolution on this as I have paid a huge amount for the box and thrice it has stopped working. So either Tatasky replaces this with a brand new box or gives me a regular HD box and reimburses my money for the HD + box which I have paid.
