Dear Team,
I would kindly like to highlight the issue with SAMSUNG E5 bought by my mother, Neelam Prasad on 5-Nov-15 (scan attached).

The mobile phone was facing issues with data connectivity in December 2015.
After consulting with network provider, she was supposed to send a sms to get the issue corrected. But the phone got Switched Off and did not start up.
She took the phone to:

The phone when accepted by the service center had no physical damages. Also the mobile cannot be opened at home. After few days when my mother revisited the service centre, they replied there is a breakage in the screen at one of the corners, which was never there when the phone was sent to service centre. They pressurized her to register the complaint that the phone broke because it fell from her hand.
My mother informed them that we have also taken an Insurance for the phone (Scan attached). The service centre gave her two alternatives:
i) Either give a considerable amount to get the phone repaired
OR
ii) Take it through Insurance
Contracting the Insurance Manager, she was advised to take it a cashless service centre:

The Cashless Service Center, initially rejected accepting the phone because the Insurance provider had entered a wrong date of birth whereas she has submitted all the correct paper works.
Briefly someone called Anuj, got in contact with us (only on call) saying that we will get a refund of the paid amount. But never took the bank account details to process the same. And when we try to reach his number 8826582293, he never responds.
So the situation now stands: My Mother bought a new samsung phone along with paying for warranty. I, her son stay in Gurgaon and cannot help her physically. I am really sorry to see kind of Customer Service you provide where you go an extra mile for harassing an old lady. For no mistake of hers she is being harassed continuously with no obvious solution.
