Complaint Details
I ordered CLAYTON Mens Fashion Watch CW-009 Numeric Black Faux Leather on 26th November 2015 and paid 299 Indian rupee to FLATWORLD TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED, On 5th December i received mail from overnite express that my shipment has been dispatched Waybill No= 1302158443, but it was almost one month i haven't received my product. After calling several times to overnite express they told me that my product is returned to flatworld trading private limited, I contacted Flatworld but the kept telling that they don't have my product, they will inquire about it and will let me know, but its almost 3 months i am still not received my product, every time i call them they have same answer, i am tired of calling them, please sir/ madam help me out of this, i am attaching image of invoice detail, it will show that i have paid them money.
