Complaint Details
I made payment of Rs. 2745.00 through BSNL payment potal for my mobile no. 9435148954 (a/c no.301454670, vide receipt no. 711602141568686 but the BSNL Assam Zone is not giving me Outgoing service rather bsnl customer care is harassing me by inviting me to office which 100 KM away. Its one kind of damage and harassment to me.
