I have ordered MTS Mblaze Ultra Wi-Fi (Postpaid) from
http://www.shop.mtsindia.in/ on 01/Feb/2016 and i already paid the
money through my debit card. When I was ordering the product,
according to the website I would receive the product within 3-5 days
but till now it not delivered and i also registered a compliant at"customercare@mtsindia.in" on Feb 9th, and said we will contact you within two days but again no reply from there side

I am attaching the copy of order confirmation mail received from MTS.

I request to MTS either to deliver the product or refund my money as
soon as possible.Please take strict action.
