I had more than 150 rs balance in my account. Usually Airtel wipes out every penny by not informing the users about the internet expiry data. But this time, even though i had 12MB balance in my account, airtel takes out all my account balance in a matter of time. When contacted, there was no proper response.. Airtel wantedly not allowing users to contact the customer care directly.
