Complaint Details
Due to system error from HDFC life side, the payment was 3 times. All 3 payments they are using like 1 payment for the premium and other 2 are for future premium payment. I have given request to refund on 29-01-2016. Till date there is no action on that and they are not responding to my calls and mails. Please do the needful.
