Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in reference to hotel booking from your website. I have booked a hotel named HOTEL SUN SHINE, rated as three star at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. from your website www.travelguru.com having booking ID TGU0002700578. four days before probably.
I with my mom checked in to the hotel on schedule date and time on 14 Feb 2016. First of all ,hotel was so dingy despite that we ignored , we go upstairs by ourselves because the elevator was out of order . my mom is a patient she somehow managed to go upstairs with all her efforts . we went into room , the room was dirty , glass were broken of window, no curtains etc. etc. almost situation like crying . then , I called to reception and tell him to change the room he said, ‘you will be charged extra amount’. Then I immediately dial to the your customer care on 14 Feb 2016 at, 21.14, I explained the horrible moment to your representative what we were facing, she told that , ‘Room will change without any cost , talk to a Mr. R.K. singh’. Just after the conversation, a call comes from reception and were saying in purely rude manner , a male voice over phone said, ’What Do you want’. I said, I want to change this room . he replied, you will have to pay extra penny for that. I together with my mom scared very because he behaves very rudely to us. Talking in the mind of fear we just quite. At last we decided to stay here in the hell. Hotel was like hell bathroom not washed , the bed sheets were dingy, Kambal is as bad as that causes etching.
We have no time to fight because we were tired and also busy with hospital formalities.
I want to sue to travelguru , you just humiliate us, embarrass us. Because, what the room shown on website and what we got, just opposite. You should have to thrash this type of lower than C grade hotel from your list. I am a frequent traveler, and always prefer OYO rooms. but this time with your firm is a blunder creates a terrified horrible story . I will never do again this mistake by choosing travelguru.
I am going to complaint in consumer court against travelguru for your forgery, cheating. Which mislead us . I need a hefty amount of compensation for harassing us.
