Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased a tradmill from snapdeal on 20-Jan-2015 which i have recived on damaged condication imeditaly i have called to the snapdeal coustomer care and report this issue he the snapdeal coustomer care said they will not refund or replaced it and i have complaint to the snapdeal nurmoues time but evertime they are closing my complaint without fixing the issue requesting you to please intervien and fix my problem
