Complaint Details
I had placed an order with M/s SNAPDEAL for Casio Watch for a consideration of Rs. 7324.00. However, the watch supplied by M/s SNAPDEAL has many defects and seems to be used watch. Therefore, i requested them for replacement of same. But since 22.01.2016, snapdeal has neither replaced the watch nor refund my money.
