Complaint Details
I had handed over Granite stock pot at Prestige Service Center on 03/12/2015 as its lid was not fitting. The product was not at all used and had a manufacturing defect.
The job sheet number generated for this repair was ERAN1544704R
It has been almost 3 months but I have not heard back on the status of repair.
I have contacted National Service Manager and DGM - All India Service Head of Prestige Customer service managers over email (ramani@ttkprestige.com and customercare@ttkprestige.com) multiple times but they have not yet taken any action to send me the repaired item.
Please consider this as a legal complaint against Prestige for the delay in providing service for In-Warranty product.
