Complaint Details
The customer care executives of idea cellular have offered tariff plan in misleading manner. Idea Cellular has not been providing information in written about the complete details of tariff plan activated. The customer care team is the only source to know the complete details of tariff pack/plan. We have to depend on the customer care executives for such information. I have not gotten the benefits of the pack activated as per the details provided by customer care executive. Due to the offered pack in misleading manner my bill for the month of Jan-16 for the period of 1st Dec to 31st Dec 2015 has overcharged.
The customer care executives have been ditching me since last one month by providing fake information about overcharge. They have been delaying to replies of complaints. Also closing complaints without any fair resolution. Forcing me to pay the overcharged bill with late fees. Stopping servicing for non-payment and creating traps for customers to pay the overcharged bill.
As per my complain to Idea-cellular for overcharged in bill for the month of Jan-2016 for the billing period 1st Dec 2015 to 31st Dec 2015. With bill no. 0270768348 dated 1st Jan 2016. I have received the bill on 2nd Jan on my mail Id. I had called to 198 customer care no. to know the details of the bill The Executive informed me you had been charged for I PLAN BOOSTER 1GB 3G@250 from 01-Dec-2015 to 18-Dec-2015. Rs. 145/- and Rs. 1695/- for Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration.
When I ask the customer care executive I haven’t raise any service request to activate booster pack on 1st Dec 2015. And after very long discussion customer care executive raised complain for overcharge in bill and informed me our listening department will call you within 48hours. No call received from billing department within 48hours.
Still they are not providing me the details of the information provided to me by the customer care executive before activation of plan nor refunding the amount overcharge.
Kindly take necessary action against idea for this type of fraud activity.
