Complaint Details
I ordered a bicycle on Flipkart and made full payment. The promised delivery date was 1st Feb 2016. However, the product was never delivered. I raised a request for cancellation of product. But Flipkart is not refunding the payment.
Order ID is OD305025512305082001.
Every alternate day, Flipkart is sending me SMS with a new commitment for closure date which is never fulfilled.
