Dear Team,

I purchased a Godrej Aer car perfume last month and it has caused immense DAMAGE to the dashboard of my new elite i20. The liquid from the bottle started to leak after couple of daysy and has CORRODED the audio panel of my car.

I happened to notice that MINE IS NOT AN ISOLATED CASE and there are several complaints against this product on various consumer forums

I am appalled that despite so many complaints, a brand like GODREJ has not yet taken this HAZARDOUS PRODUCT off the shelves.

What kind of a quality control check was performed for this product that has caused such a harsh chemical reaction? As rightly questioned by someone on one of the forums, is it even deemed fit to be inhaled by anyone in a closed environments of a car?


Request you to kindly help in getting the damaged panel replaced with a new one by Godrej from an authorized Hyundai service centre
