Sir/ Madam,
Am using aircel service and my number is 9894118733. I had given a complaint on 4Feb16, regarding amount deduction from main balance irrespective of having data balance. As my complaint wasn't resolved i escalated it to appellate cell.
They called me on 12 Feb and assured me refund of 108Rs within 24 hrs. The appellate docket number is 1- 22099045947. But still i didn't receive the amount. Now neither appellate authority is addressing my issue nor service provider.
With this i attached the screenshot proof of the mail sent by appellate cell.
Kindly resolve the issue.
