Complaint Details
I have been using Asianet Broadband connection for a while now. For the first few days everything was going well. Later on things have changed and I am not getting connection properly, not even a single day. Everyday I'm calling customer service and registering complains. There has never been a permanent solution. The call to customer care costs money and I have paid the charge for the whole year when I took the connection. Now I am not getting service for the money I have paid. I demand quality service for the money.
