I booked Jet- Etihad flight tickets from MakeMyTrip on 27th Jan, 2016 for a multi city round trip from Bhopal to Chicago to New York and back to Bhopal. Recently, I received a mail (dtd 12th Feb) regarding an amendment in my itinerary due to change in flight schedules. The same day I received another mail with an attached flight ticket.

The new ticket specifies that my original Bhopal to Hyderabad flight has now been rescheduled and instead, I would now be making a journey from Bhopal to Mumbai and then another flight onwards to Hyderabad. This change in the schedule gives me reduced time for catching my next flight at Mumbai as well as for Immigration at Hyderabad before my next flight to Abu Dhabi on way to Chicago. Moreover, I had scheduled my flights perfectly to give me sufficient time to catch my flights with ease. However, with the change in the schedule, a delay in any of the flights would jeopardize all my onwards flights.

I have made several calls and written numerous mails to MakeMyTrip and had in fact contacted both, Jet Airways as well as Etihad Airways but to no avail. Everytime I place a call to MakeMyTrip or send them a mail, they ask for 24/48 hrs to resolve my query. This has been situation since 12th Feb (10 days).
