microsoft has made an offer of 3600 cash back in 12 months through Mobikwik wallet for the purchase of Lumia 640 smart phone.
Now the offer was stopped without any information ,when i contacted customer care , no response received. on the other hand Mobikwik wallet customer care have been saying that offer is closed.But when we purchased the phone they said offer valid for 12 months.first they said offer is paused and then closed.i request you to take appropriate action against this company for cheating customers with wrong offers
