Dear sir,
my customer code is : 1003865036
pls ref my ANNUAL MAINTANANCE CONTRACT NO : 24962345 ( amc copy attached ) & my complaint no : 85748729 dated 18th of feb , updated on 19th , 20th , 21st ,22nd & today ( the 23rd of feb )
we dont have drinking water at home , since 5 days we are forces to purchase water cans from market & meet our daily requirments , we have already spent 900/- to purchase drinking water for these 5 days , we cant afford further ,
for what are they charging Rs.4,410/- ????/ they have crossed the limit of patience a customer can bear ,
