Complaint Details
We booked ironing service from fabfresh. Order number 1640. 48 clothes for ironing has been picked up. They say 12 hour, but took 2 days n we are still waiting for delivery.

All our plans had to be dropped because of non-delivery to their 12 hr promise.
Customer care not responsive, chat on their app no one on their side had clues what is going on. They keep saying we'll call back. But no one calls back.

Please help us get our clothes back!!
