I have a bought a LG Nexus 5X Mobile with Order No 12001533887.I received the product on 29th Feb and found the product defective with right side of the screen not working properly and the issue with SIM ejection tool.I raised for the Refund request on the same day 29th Feb. I followed up with customer care 3 times to get a call back from the back end team. Back end team is telling he will take another 2 days to come and check the product.
The issue is simply getting postponed and im left without a phone to use it.
Snapdeal changes their policy according to their wish and whims and there is no standard in their process or response.
Im really disappointed and irritated with Snapdeal experience.
Please help me in getting this issue resolved.
