I've had a very bad experience with the Idea customer care centres and customer care executives.

I had raised a complaint regarding no connection at the customer care centres as well as on customer care helpline, but the replies were unsatisfactory and rude. I'm facing network issues which cause alot of inconvenience.

The customer care executives aren't willing to reply and no help is being done.

I need to get this problem solved asap.. please help.
