Complaint Details
I have made booking for a hotel called Udechee Hotels in Dharamshala from Make My Trip for the duration of 24/03/206 to 26/03/2016 and when I confirmed with the hotelier (which was not necessary) they told me they are already booked for the mentioned days. i highlighted this issue to Make My Trip and since then they are assuring me of a alternate property and no concrete resolution to my grievance has been made. All they are doing is giving fake assurances. They have effectively ruined my trip and now I dont know that when I will reach my destination, I will have an accommodation or not. I seem myself stranded even after making a payment of Rs. 10,851.
