1) Call drop issue: This issue I am facing since last two months, I have register complaint to their customer care, Appellate MH and from twitter also but in the resolution they are saying like "Dear Customer, your concern related to Call Drop could not be resolved through Communication Id C1-59863061184. You may call 198 and select option of APPEAL on the IVR within 30 days of complaint closure in case of any dispute. 2) My second and very painful issue is unnecessarily they has activated some VAS services in my mobile number and added that into bill. I talked with their customer care executive they are not ready to register any complaint on this matter. As per customer care executive this service is activated by me from some other sites. I am pretty much confident that I have not activated any such services. They have charged me 180 in this month’s bill.

I am written same issues to appellate.mh@idea.adityabirla.com twice but there is not response from them. Please help me on this issues How a customer can be happy if someone forcefully applying some charges and asking for money. It is not the right way to charge money on customers. Please do the needful. Hoping you can help me on this.
