Complaint Details
During an ongoing offer jointly provided by snapdeal and mobikwik that on purchase of Microsoft Lumia 535 and on registering at mobikwik windows app with in 15th November 2015, user can enjoy Rs. 300/- cash back per month on adding minimum of Rs. 300/- for 12 months. The offer is valid from 15/11/2015 to 15/11/2016.
Following the offer I placed on order for Lumia 535 (Order Id- 8737298770) (Invoice: S9A17E/15-16/4609) on 29/09/2015 on Snapdeal and get registered on Mobikwik window App upon receiving the Mobile handset Lumia 535 and redeem Rs. 300/- cash back on adding Rs. 300/- to Mobikwik wallet through Mobikwik window app using offer promo code "LUM300" in OCT 2015.
I have availed the cash back for 5 months but while try to redeem the the cash back offer for the month of march 2016 and applying the promo code, a text displaying that "Promo code is no longer valid".
I inquired to mobikwik regarding the trouble faced while redeeming the promo code of Rs. 300/- cash back. But Mobikwik replied that they have exhausted the offer and from that moment mobikwik will not run the offer. Mobikwik is showing the terms and conditions.
But I have not found any such terms & conditions. Although during the offer Mobikwik Committed to provide the cash back offers for 12 month from 15th Nov 2015 to 15th Nov 2016 which is clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions.
Mobikwik along with Snapdeal trapped us in their perfidious net showing fake, mouth watering offer. In this way both Mobikwik & snapdeal deceived us and played with our trust just to sell their handset and to make business. This unscrupulous, chicanery act of cozening customer's by Mobikwik and Snapdeal will go on until someone raises voice against their deceitful, fake, distrustful, treacherous business.
