Dear sir/madam.
I have purchase vodafone corporate number 9711688025 several month ago. That time my billing cycle was 10th of every month, suddenly in february 2016 vodafone customer service told me that due to change in my corporate company cycle by billing cycle got changed to 20th of every month...i was little surprised but i ignored this thing...in february i paid january bill which is from 11 january till 10 february of rupees 350 approx.. due to change in billing cycle i received new bill on 12th feb for the period from 11 february till 19 february of rupees 99.... i paid this one also...i though this bill was generated due to change in billing cycle....but now the thing is that according to vodafone customer care my billing cycle is 20th of every month that means next bill to generated on 20th march... but i received 1 bill on 10th march for rupees 342 and 1 bill on 20th march for rupees 343 total bill is 682 rupees.... when i call vodafone 198 number...customer care use to say that this is happen due to change in bill cycle... i asked them if my biling cycle is changed then give 1 bill for month ... not 2 bill of double amount.... if you check my previous payments...u will get to know i never used more than my tariff plan... m on 299 rental plan... according to that i will gt 342 rupees bill which is good...i have attached screenshot of that.... m tired of explaining this to vodafone guys but no one take it on serious note.... i want to pay whatever i owe but only right amount...not that double bill bulshit..... my simple request is that kindly fix my billing cycle to watever date vodafone wants and generated coreect bill.... m not going to call every month regarding such small matters.... kindly help.... awaiting your kind revert
