my name is ajay sudhakar Survase I am invest 30000rs in HDFC life insurance policy application no 1100033117982 at the date 21 dec 2015 but some resion I next day I want money back because of my collage admission that time I went to the Narhe pune HDFC bank tere executive snehl paigude wich is new employee haddle my case I told her I want cancel this policy back so she told me we get it back when original document is getting so iam wetting almost 2 month for original document after long time I am getting original document and I went to next day in branch snehal told me ypur all money we give back because its in freelook policy it means that when we get original document that day to 15 days its a freelook period , she start process cancelation policy after 4,5 days I got money but its amount is only 26407.69rs remaining 3593rs amount is deducted so iam going agin branch that time she told me I don't know why this deduction occur becase my case is its 2nd case she don't know about process she give me address pune main branch I went tere but they told me mail on the service@hdfc.com I raised complaint but they revert me my deduction is risk premium 148.24rs service tax 21.49rs stamp duty 60rs unit price 3362.58rs total 3592.31rs , but iam not satisfy that even its deduction is totally fully I agree about stamp duty service tax risk premim but iam not satisfy about unit price wich is 3362.58rs so and in criteria of freelook how to deduct it so please look into this ,copy of document recived
