Dear sir/madam, I have buy a laptop on 26/01/2015 from pinnacle info tech from Durgapur (west Bengal).but laptop have manufacturing defect on edge.pinnacle info tech have received my laptop on 4/02/2016 for replacement purpose. I have attached bill copy. but pinnacle info tech is not giving any response till now.I am facing many problem in my official job. and mentally hares from 1 month.
