Complaint Details
I Purchased a JAZZ SMT on 24.08.2015 by paying the entire amount of Rs.721660.00. The Auto Terrace executives offered Rs.160000.00 to my old vehicle Maruti Swift(P) with Regn No. AP35F0100 and convinced me to accept the proposal and accordingly taken delivery of my said Swift car on 24.08.2015. In this context the executives Shri Vamshi and Shafi, impressed upon me for a letter for submission of NOC from RTA, Visakhapatnam, as the vehicle is under Registration at Vizag. I was assured by the company executives on 24.08.2015, when I handed over my old vehicle AP35F0100, that they would arrange for the RC book transferred in Telangana State at a cost no more than Rs.1000/- and accordingly taken a letter from me.
All the necessary documents and NOC were submitted on 01.11.2015 which were acknowledged by Shri Shafi on the instance of Shri Vamshi. I was not provided with the TAX INVOICE and receipts and on insisting the same on 01.11.2015 when I present myself at the show room, Mr Shafi told me that the papers were held by the company for want of NOC to my old car. I do not understand why my Tax Invoice and receipts were heldby the Company, when I paid the entire amount for purchase of new Jazz and the transaction of my old vehicle is in no way connected to the purchase. I paid the entire amount for the new car and took delivery. I delivered my old vehicle to the dealer. The NOC papers were taken over by the representative from AUTO TERRACE on 01.11.2015 and till now the amount was not settled. Several times I contacted your executives Shri Vamshi, Shri Shafi, Shri Sairam and one Shri Nagesh who was introduced himself the incharge/manager for the transaction. No replies to my phone calls and no response for my SMS. I even requested them to return my Car by canceling deal but even that was not done.
The company demanded RS.4500/- on 12.12.2015 and Rs.8000/- on 27.01.2016 and mean while demanded Rs.7000/- by Mr. Vamsi on 18.10.2015.
The company authorities demanding me an amount of Rs.8000/- for getting the RC Book registered in my name in Telangana State or if I want to cancel the arrangement, demanding me to pay Rs,14000/- towards the cost of repairs which were told that they have incurred.

I sincerely request you to arrange for settlement of the grievance.
