On payment timeline issue where everyone is completely
mislead/misinformed by Godrej properties team & advertisements made online before investing money in
Godrej Icon. The payment which was supposed to be demanded in December-2017(superstructure) & December
-2018(finishing/brickwork), is now being demanded in
March-2016/September 2016 gurgaon & i had escalated the matter for resolution repeatedly at different levels including CEO Mr. Pirojsha godrej & also the Business head but response was really irresponsible.These advertisement are available online for anyone to view. Initially accepting the concerns & working for resolution, there was no mention of issue in their response. The time for possession/final payment in not being shared . This also shows how the customer are kept in dark on & than suddenly payments are demanded. The completion
time mentioned on agreement/application is 4.5 year, which means Godrej properties is demanding 80% money in 1.3 yr & delay possession by 3 yr.
Now threatening to forfeit money & charge interest is really worrying. I have decided to take proper legal advice & protect my rights.
