Yesterday I ordered Moto G Turbo (White) from Amazon.in. I also paid the amount and got the order confirmation through mail. After 4 to 5 hours I got one mail regarding the cancellation of my order saying that your order is cancelled and refund is to be processed. I was in shock of my getting order cancelled as I was in need of my product and even sacrificed my weekend to pay for that. I firstly tried to contact amazon.in to get my problem resolved. But they fooled me by saying that it was their error in the price of product so they cancelled the order. If it was their error than why should I become the sufferer. For their error they got my money for days and made me the sufferer. What I get from their error is transfer of my money to their account. And what they get fron their is my money. So sir please look into the matter so that I can get the product for what I paid for. Thank you
