Dear Sir,

I had a payment due of Rs.2622 for the month of Jan 2016. I paid the same on 23 Feb 2016. The February bill also confirmed the payment. But after some days the paid amount deducted from my account and added to my next bill. When I asked about it they said the amount Rs.2622 is reversed to my bank account on 25 Feb 2016. I checked my bank statement but there was nothing. I contacted several customer care people, visited 3 Vodafone stores and submitted... proofs of payment, bank statement but then also they are neglecting and closing my complaints. Now they have deactivated all services to my number.
