Complaint Details
I received an invoice for the TATA Sky HD Pack with 1 month services free. I was told that the 3rd party service provider will arrange for installation but no one came. After waiting for 7 days, I cancelled the order and requested for refund. The problem is that Snapdeal is neither providing the service and nor refunding my amount. I have spoken to their customer care executives atleast 10 times but still there is no resolution. It has become a mental problem for me now.
Apart from the problem above, I also request return/refund for one other order related to Wyborg TV. This is also pending since 5 days. There is no communication from snapdeal on any of the issues. When I call customer care number, they say that the backend team will call me but the backend team doesn't call. I am frustrated to the level that I have to medical pills.
