Complaint Details
I have two holiday package SDL00052074, SDL00059195 amount ( 7799 + 8549 ) =16348/- with Vacations Gateway organisation. As per terms and condition they need to provide 4 nights hotel room booking in 3*, 4*, 5* hotels for each package. I tried booking hotel first in July'15 and then in Feb'16. Both the time they did not provide me hotel booking and also not refunding my package amount.
Also, second package SDL00059195 was booked making a fraud with me, saying to cancel the first package I need to pay 415/- charges and they asked me card number, CCV number. I did mistake giving the details with a trust and they booked the second package deducting 8459 INR from my account.
This organization and staffs are cheater and fraud. They are not providing any hotel booking facility and the are looting people with the name of holiday package.
I also got mental harassment with all this cheating happened to me.
I am struggling with them for last 9 months since July'15 but not yet got my amount refunded.

Kindly help me getting my 16348 amount refunded to my account.
