i m talib from delhi ..i submitted oll of my documents and i paid registration fee 7000 rupees 2 month ago i have't recieved irctc dongle i send mails and call many severals time to ajay pandey but no reply please provide me irctc dongle and ajay pandey can not send me irctc dongle please request you please refund me 7000 rupees i belongs to poor family i have many problems
