I have APC UPS (Model: BX600CI-IN) which was not working from 12th March 2016 and I complained on 14th March. Service ticket No. is 26372325 (#2788-512433036-4175). On 16th, 18th and 26th March 2016, the service engineer came but unable to repair (change the battery and the PCB) and closed the case. I was shocked to hear that news.
Again I complained and they gave the service ticket (No: 26650680) on 24th March 2016. I haven't been received any solution regarding this issue. Warranty of this UPS will expire on 10-05-2016.
I have been harassed regarding this faulty UPS since 14-03-2016 and not satisfied with this product and service.
I would suggest, before plan to buy APC UPS please consider the service issue given by the APC company.
